In order to identify and separate your weak practices from your strong practices, we use Climetrics® to examine your present operating models, structures, managing practices, behaviours, and performance targets, to assess your organisation’s readiness for change. This is conducted in four parts:
1) Online perceptions survey to examine the link between customers, employees, quality, innovation, and managing practices
2) On-site, face-to-face interviews with a number of key staff, managers, and leaders
3) Workplace observations at management review meetings, customer interface, and business improvement meetings
4) Data is then combined from all sources to analyse your results and generate a report with recommendations and a transformation route-map.
